The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.
We aim to deliver to any address in the U.K normally within three to five working days of the order date, except those products that come direct from the manufacturer allow 7 working days. These terms this apply to goods paid for via paypal, for cheque payments allow at least 5 7 working days to clear, we will then dispatch your order.
In order to keep costs down all products are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail, we obtain proof of postage for every item, all parcels over 1kg in weight will be sent 1st Class, or in the case of larger packages Parcel Force or a similar carrier wil be used. All non receipt of parcels must be reported via e mail, or telephone within 7 working days.
We are happy to send most items worldwide up to a parcel weight of 2kg via airmail at the appropriate postage rate, all overseas orders are Paypal payments only
At an extra cost we can also send items within the UK by express delivery, which is guaranteed next working day delivery to most parts of the UK, as long as the order is placed before 1330.
We do not except responability for any parcels lost in the post, and we always obtain proof of postage.
We do except returns within 7 days of item being sent, they are returned as a cost of the sender, refunds will then only be given once the goods are received and are found to be in perfect condition and in the packaging provided, there will be a 10% restocking fee, unless goods are faulty as a result of manufacture. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
